feat(visualizer): improve chart interactions

- Rename Drift → Trade in UI\n- Dynamic price precision for low prices\n- Fib retracement: select + move in X+Y\n- Ctrl+wheel vertical zoom, Ctrl+drag vertical pan\n- Auto Scale toggle for price scale
